2. Universal Account Rules

Oruzen operates a Universal Single Sign-On (SSO) system. Your single account grants you access to Notes, Tasks, AI, and all other Oruzen applications. You agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Site.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Site to create a database or directory without written permission (Scraping).
  • Attempting to bypass our API rate limits or Cloudflare Edge protections.
  • Using Oruzen AI to generate malicious code, phishing templates, or harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Your Data: You retain complete ownership of all data, text, and files you upload to Oruzen workspaces.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.
