Welcome to Oruzen. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data across our 10-app ecosystem (Notes, Tasks, AI, Automation, etc.). This policy explains how we collect, process, and encrypt your information when you use our platform.
2. The Data We Collect
Because Oruzen uses a Universal Single Sign-On (SSO) architecture, your data is unified but strictly isolated. We collect:
- Identity Data: Name, email address, and OAuth tokens (e.g., Google or GitHub login).
- Workspace Data: Text in Notes, boards in Tasks, canvas nodes, and AI chat histories.
- Telemetry: Crash reports, API latency metrics, and strictly anonymized product usage patterns.
4. AI & Data Processing (Zero-Training Policy)
Oruzen AI uses context from your workspace to provide accurate responses. However, we strictly do not use your private workspace data, code, or chat history to train any foundational AI models. Your data is passed to the LLM (Large Language Model) purely for inference via secure API channels with a zero-retention agreement.
5. Security & Encryption
All Oruzen databases run on PostgreSQL with strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We utilize Cloudflare's Edge network to prevent DDoS attacks and unauthorized access.
